Users waive all rights to pursue class-action litigation and agree to mandatory binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, for any disputes related to SOL’s content or services.

4. Limitation of Liability SOL, its officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the SOL Platforms. This includes loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, even if SOL has been informed of such risks. SOL disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including those regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
