Acceptance of claims via email or mail does not waive rights or legal objections such as jurisdiction or service requirements for international matters.
Actions Upon Receiving a Valid Claim:
Upon receipt of a valid claim, SOL Media will:

Remove or disable access to infringing content under our control.

Forward the claim to the relevant content provider for resolution.

Notify the content provider of the need to remove the content or provide a counternotice.
Filing a Copyright Infringement Claim
If you believe your copyrighted material has been improperly used on our platform, please provide the following:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

A description of the work claimed to be infringed.

A copy of the copyright registration or publication date.

Identification of the location of the infringing material (e.g., channel, program, or website).

A good faith statement regarding the unauthorized use of the material.

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Filing a Claim for Other Rights Infringement or Prohibited Content
If you believe that content on our platform violates proprietary rights or contains prohibited material, please provide:

A detailed description of the content and why it is infringing or prohibited.

The location, date, and time of the material.

Your contact details (name, address, phone, email).
You may use our Notice of Infringing or Prohibited Content Form for this process. Ensure the form is fully completed for it to be effective.
Submitting a Counter Notice
If you believe a claim has been incorrectly filed against you, submit a counternotice with the following:

Identification of the removed content or disabled access.

A statement of good faith belief, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was a mistake or the content was misidentified.

Your name, contact information, and consent to jurisdiction in the appropriate district court (U.S. or California) if legal action proceeds.

Upon receiving a valid counternotice, SOL Media will inform the complainant and restore the content unless the complainant files for a court order within 10 business days.
